Todd Caspary, Chief Executive Officer
 Todd has a broad background of oilfield industry experience. After graduating from the University of Texas Todd accepted a position as land man for Arco Oil and Gas. In 1985, Todd Left Arco to head the production acquisition group for Bryson Oil and Gas, a publicly trade company on the London Stock Exchange. Todd Joined Sharewell in 1990 as VP-Business Development and lead a management buyout of the Company in 1993. In 1995 Todd and his two partners sold Sharewell to Drilex International, a company controlled by SCF Partners and LE Simmons. Drilex and Sharewell went public in 1996 and were ultimately sold to Baker Hughes in 1997. Todd remained with Baker Hughes and was General Manager of Sharewell, a division of the Baker Hughes Inteq group, from 1997 to 2000. In 2000 Todd bought Sharewell back from Baker Hughes with the initiative of transforming Sharewell into the world’s most diversified directional drilling Service Company.
Mark West, Executive VP – Sharewell LP and President of Sharewell Energy Services, LP
 Mark brings over 30 years of directional drilling experience to Sharewell with various senior sales and management positions with Smith International and Halliburton Energy Services. In 1997 Mark founded and was President of Inwell Incorporated. In 2004 Mark joined Sharewell Energy Services as an equity partner with a similar vision to Todd’s, to establish SES as an industry standard. Sharewell Energy Services, LP has quickly established itself towards that goal by providing services for companies such as Anadarko, Kinder Morgan, Bill Barrett, Adexco, DTE, Williams Production, and Peoples Energy Services.
Jim Van Hoozen, Chief Operating Officer
 Jim has in excess of 25 years experience in the directional drilling services business covering field level, coordination, and operations management positions including 5 years at a senior management level with a major service company. Mr. Van Hoozen’s various management positions have entailed global marketing responsibilities, direction of research and development, engineering and manufacturing programs, P & L responsibilities exceeding $250 million of annual revenue, and operational responsibilities over both domestic and international business units.
Greg Turner, President of MWD Services
 Greg joined Sharewell MWD Services in 2005 as an equity partner and has more than 25 years of oilfield experience with 15 years managing and operating all types of MWD systems. Throughout his career, Mr. Turner has worked as a technical service manager, MWD field coordinator and overall field management operations. He has held management positions for Ensco Technologies, Drilex International, and Strata Directional. While employed by Ensco Greg oversaw all field operations and was responsible for training all employees in Quito, Ecuador, the United Arab Emirates and Canada.
Mike Doan, Vice President of MWD Services
 Mike joined Sharewell MWD Services in 2005 as an equity partner and has 25 years of experience in engineering and technical of the MWD systems in the oil and gas industry. He has held MWD Technical manager for Target Energy and Strata Directional Technology, and joined in the management team at Dailey and Weatherford international. Mike has also served as a technical advisor for Baker Hughes Inteq and was responsible for technical support and training in the US, Canada, Aberdeen UK, Ecuador, Columbia, and Venezuela. In addition, Mike was a MWD guidance specialist for Ensco Technologies and Drilex International.
